I'm Rim Obeid — a US-certified sleep consultant with a background in biotechnology and clinical lab sciences. I help UAE and GCC families end sleepless nights with methods rooted in evidence, not trend.
I became a sleep consultant the same way most do: through personal exhaustion, a lot of reading, and the slow realization that the real science of infant sleep is almost never what ends up in parenting Instagram reels. My science background taught me to read research carefully — and to tell you, plainly, what the evidence actually says.
And because I grew up between cultures, I understand the specific pressures Arab families face: the extended family opinions, the "in my day" comments, the question of how to sleep-train gently in a home with three generations. You don't have to translate yourself with me.
